meh, he starts to make some sense after a while. Its a little unfortunate that you have to keeep subtitles on to understand some of what Niko, Roman and Dmitri say.
I'm with Tubatic, I can get the gist of what Jacob's going on about even when I don't understand it 100%, but Badman needs to get hooked on some phonics. That dude couldn't talk straight to save his life...
You can tell Niko has no idea whats going on when he answers like "yeah, sure" and "mhm" DO THEY SPEAK ENGLISH IN WHAT!? SAY WHAT AGAIN! SAY WHAT AGAIN! I DARE YOU I DOUBLE DARE YOU!
