The second video is actually the second video of the SF vs MK flash animations. The first one was Ken and Raiden I think? They're fan-made, and I think there was plans for a third. Maybe I should go look it up :P
Man, that last video reminds me of this School House Rock game I had for PowerMac when I was a kid. Simple edutainment stuff I played before I got into "real" gaming, but man, I loved it.
