What powers would the Noid have for his super moves? Wasn't his weapon a yo-yo?

Harman Smith would be a bit of a challenge in a fighting game, given as how he's wheelchair bound. It would be cool if you could change personas mid-fight though, each with one or two different abilities.

well, u ever play pocket fighter, where guys will sort of turn into other characters mid-combo or during certain moves, harman could do that sort of stuff, or be a shang-tsung sort of guy...or they could just make u play as dan smith, whatev
