Uh oh...an XBLA game that recently came out that people have been in love with. Will this little title be as charming as one Valve gamed known as Portal? Also, Heroes references is definitely FTW! I can't wait for the series...oh wait the review video, like it?

Question: Does he spoil Braid? I've yet to play through it.

It is nice to hear him say that about the story, cause it is true!

The doors thing isn't really a dick move, it's just common sense. But whatever, it's a Yahtzee review.

Randombullseye: Yep, he spoils it in a way.

He's right.

Australia has some really, really nice beaches.

I really enjoyed reading the story books before every chapter, I don't see how they could have integrated any kind of plot otherwise and I don't believe that it would have been any better off with out it.
Other than that another enjoyable review from Yahtzee.

I wish Yahtzee would ditch the nu-metal intro, lol.

I love the "Games tuppence a bag" sign.

Did he actually say that Braid's gameplay and story were completely separate? It was a half decent review up until that point, but that was just moronic.

Not his best, but still pretty funny. The beginning was the best. "Especially you, ADRIAN!"

funny as usual, but I agree with him a little less than usual. Found it a little disappointing that he failed to grasp the puzzle behind the not-actually-randomly failing keys.

I'm glad he pointed out that sometimes simply being vague about art because you're supposed to "think about it" when really you're supposed to "think what the artist was thinking". Art that "makes you think" isn't supposed to mean "thinking what the artist is thinking" and should preferably be done by someone who knows what they're actually trying to say.
Being deliberately vague doesn't make it good, it just makes you look like a twat who can't communicate complex ideas in a comprehensible way. And he used my same analogy too. The one about people not getting a joke so you have to explain it to them but no one ever finds a joke explained as funny because you have to intuitively understand it. That's the point.
And how can you intuitively understand something if even the artist doesn't? You can't. And that's one of the reasons why Braid is fucking stupid.

Meh, he's gone so down hill in a year's time.

Blow said he doesn't fully understand certain things either from what I remember.
