Woah what's that? Voice chat on the Wii?! Isn't that a illegal or something? But I thought that Nintendo's console didn't have the technology to do anything but 8 bit games, at least that is what I was told.
Dan Kaufman, lead designer, has gone on record saying he wants Voice Chat in their ONLINE multiplayer. His actual quote...
We are exploring the possibility for voice chat. It is too early to make any promises along these lines, but we agree it could make the game even better!
Not much to it but hey, he is right to the point. First we get a Wii game with good graphics, then we get not one but three online multiplayer modes (I doubt there will be
32 player multiplayer but any is good), and now possibily voice chat? Too good to be true? I think the best part is when Kaufman admits there is only
ONE "mini-game" included.
This game looks like it could be sweet, I just hope they go with a good control scheme. Got to keep an eye out for this one.

They are not going to get in everything they're promising.
Voice chat however is very possible, the Wiimote uses Bluetooth so it should be fairly simple to get a Bluetooth headset running.
Doesn't that happen on XBL?
