They are sort of like Lunchables only less tasty. And they are what you are getting today! You better like them or there will be NO toy store trip after school. I mean it! I really do. Don't test me...
But before the tasty feast, how about some dining music?
Ice Climber
Guess what song this is for? I know it is tough. First guest for me was Bowser but I was only a little off. It belongs on the Summit stage. Notice the intricacies in the new work and how I can't spell intracacies!
Now for the meal!
Options
Say what? This has got to be something REALLY cool, right? Like ub3r 1337 changing of settings, right?
Nope...It is the options menu. Well this is the main menu with all the category selections.
Now THIS is the options menu...
Now for the "options" in the options menu giving you more options. Options.
Deflicker - the ability to make things sharp and jaggy or smooth and dull? Apparently this cannot be explained and has to be seen to fully understand. I guess we are stupid.
Rumble - to vibrate or not to vibrate, that is the question. Ask a girl, she will always choose the former.
Sound - it has it! 11/10
And look, a sound test availalbe from the get-go. Usually games don't let you experience the music until after you are done wit...err I mean completed it one time through. Cause you always play a game multiple times through!
You can view them by title or category. But they won't all be listed from the start. You gots to catch 'em all!
Erase Data - pesky data got you down? Well get rid of it at Al's Big Shack O' Delete. Special low prices on complete memory loss for when you want to not remember stuff you already knew or saw like the next following examples...
These are designed so you can tweak things but I thought that was what the special brawl modes were for? So just think of this as a reminder update with music and I think we will get through this together...but I am scared, HOLD ME!
the updates the last couple of weeks have been doing a really good job of suppressing that overwhelming urge to play smash right away. Not that I wont buy it the second it comes out.
Wow, worthless update, but its expected with Smash still being two months. At least I got a point.
The music being unlocked from the start is good though, a lot of games make it one of the final unlockables and such, like its the coolest thing anyone could want from a game.
These stupid ass updates are dumb. Who the fuck actually cares what the hell the options menus look like? I don't care what "functionality" it provides, shit like this is useless to the average player and they better drop a fucking nuke announcement soon before I lose faith in this game altogether.
As far as I am concerned, all the cool shit has been revealed and I'm honestly not that excited for it any more.
See this is the kind of update I'd much rather see in the instruction manual that way I'd have the option of not reading it. But I'll let it slide this time since the Ice Climber music was a ten fold improvement.

lame, LAME!!!
But at least I got a point. I swear to god, this contest is the only thing that is keeping these updates interesting.
throwaway update

The music was [CHAD VOICE]AMAZING[/CHAD VOICE] as usual, but why couldn't Sakurai-san leave the options update for the instruction booklet?
However, I am happy that the Sound Test is unlocked from the start! That's a positive!
Whoops, meant how to play, not notice. Either way, I guess that would've been off.
I wish I would've guessed music like I totally was gonna do, no I swear I wuz!
I want some Lunchables now and I laughed at your jokes.

Point for me. :)

I just want some videos again.
I want some morning Advent Calendartoid! We can't all get what we want.
