My reason to see the Watchmen movie

It is still a little ways off and never read the graphic novel (I am doing so now so calm your horses). This morning I saw something that has officially confirmed my seeing of this fil on day one. Behold, I give you my reason...




Do you need anymore reason? I am not a butt man but c'mon! Look at that thing!!! Yes please, I'll have another.

Yeah, I'll see this movie and am currently watching the motion comics that are available on iTunes. Pretty sweet and is doing the trick.

Not bad at all :). Though I still have not read it either. I was going to buy it on Monday but got Gorillaz: Rise of the Ogre instead (it's awesome). I'll get it next week.

You should watch it for Rorschach. Hearing that voice and seeing him come out of a comic book and into real life is awesome. Regardless of how much they changed things, the character is great enough that a piss poor film adaptation would still be awesome.

I'm seeing it because even though it will most likely not be anywhere close to the book, it will still murder any other movie out at the time. Most movies are shit, IMO. This will have a leg-up on the competition due to the source material alone.

A great movie poster no doubt, T&A always sells the boys. A funny line I read a few days ago on a different website about the quote there was the following..."I’m not sure they should be promoting that kind of lifestyle. I would suggest adding “Sometimes I find condoms in my shit,” to make it more of a cautionary tale." from filmdrunk.com.

Also the motion comics on iTunes are very good.

Motion Comics? Like the Dead Space comics that moved? How fast do they move? One of the things Alan Moore would do is to fit a huge amount of detail into every frame, that's why it makes it hard to put his comics to film.
