Maybe not bigger but according to that Play Magazine it could be the biggest revolution in FPS games since Halo, I assume they mean for consoles since Halo wasn't that revolutionary...but anyways, this wasn't meant to be a Halo bash.

Play Magazine has screenshots and talks about the Metroid Prime 3: Corruption time they had. There are no screenshots (which are said to be pretty) cause of some publishing rule, so if you want to see it, you have to get the magazine.

They had much good to say but I will highlight a few (less spoiler ones) first and if you want the whole list, look below it.


- Play feels motion controls work better than dual joystick

- Super sensitive pointer in “advanced” mode

- Beam stacking ala Super Metroid

- Visor switch: Hold minus and flick Wiimote in certain directions

- Back tracking in MP3:C makes more sense than in previous Primes

- Extra development time was to give the game more polish. Nintendo wanted “Twilight Princess” levels of polish. Game is focused on Metroid fans and hardcore gamers, but still accessible to newcomers due to controls.

- Larger environments, bloom lighting, better textures than Prime 2

- Corruption Mode not available in demo

- Play says it could be the biggest revolution in FPS gaming since Halo.
