I want captain olomar (sp?) from pikmin. It would be fun to fight with your army of pikmin.
Stage: Unicron
Special: Plasma Cannon blast
Over Special: 20 ton drop, Optimus just spread-eagles and dead weight drops
Down Special: Transform and Roll out - transforms into truck and ramming speeds quick powerful horizontal attack
Up Special: Matrix of Leadership - pulls out the matrix giving a temp stat boost, and if enemy is in contact, they are stunned/awed by it/left vulnerable for 1-2 secs.
Final Smash: Autobots, Attack! Camera swivels to Prime and he makes a speech about having friends and teammates you can count on, behind him out of the darkness, the core group of autobots appear, and the camera swivels back, and they all transform and run over the opponent one after the other. Prime is last, transforms back to robot and picks the player up and punches him into juggle up position*.
Being a fan of MK, I believe they should have player/stage Final Smashes. So in the case of OP on Unicron stage, the Final Smash turns into a Final Juggle, knocking the opponent into space, with the camera following the juggled up opponent. Unicron transforms, says "I... hunger!" and then smashes the character between his hands and then eats him. The end.

One this was more to post in the forums but this works too...Shouldn't you switch the Down and Over special around? Hmmmm....
Up specials are usually save your butt from falling moves as well as attack.

c) signing up for b) would require effort, hence it shall be skipp-ed.
d) Matrix makes him bounce? I dunno, it's just a rough idea from a transformers 2-d fighting game I've had in my head for many years and cannot believe noone has made/thought of. That's why I almost orgasmed when i found MUGEN transformer characters.
BTW, I have a kickass Mario, fox, samus and link for Mugen, so it's ALMOST like SSB, except, well that I can actually use Soundwave and Optimus :)

Bionic Commando
Up + B = Bionic Arm up (obviously). Can be done at diagonals. Can be used to tether up.
Down + B = Bionic Tordnado (Think Link's Down +B)
B alone = Gun Fire. Gun can be changed by holding B.
Left or Right + B = Bionic Grab (Think Scorpion from Mortal Kombat)
Thats my quick idea. I know he would be my favoriate character,
