It is about time I get around to this. Pre-reg has started for epic gaming, epic music, epic movies, epic fun, and epic epic. How else do you plan on spending your New Year's day, by yourself? None of that nonsense! Come out and game with us!
All consoles, LAN, MAME, arcade cabinets, DDR, Rock Band, cosplay, rock shows (like actual concerts), videos, merchants, debauchery and more!
Always happening the first weekend of January, this years falls on January 1-4. What a great way to celebrate the holiday? It is actually being held in the same place as last year which is such a plus since the Hilton (not the skanky one) is a nice place to be in and very accessible for people flying into the Nation's capital.
As for the Dtoiders, I think most of them are returning with some new faces. I don't have confirmations but the likes of Dale North, Cowzilla3, Hitogoroshi, and me, BlindsideDork, will be in attendance. Oh and I heard some vicious rumors that you could possible catch a -D-, Hoygeit, and others there as well!
Hey, you might even get to see ScrewAttack and yell at them for their bad list or just wake them at night...
Expect to hear/read more in the future...or if you can't wait, head on over to the MAGFest website for details and/or pre-reg NOW. The special pre-reg price will be up there for some time but that price won't be up there for long*.
