Games are cool, at least I think they are. I like to play them from time to time (read: a lot of the time). But I stumbled upon a couple disturbing thoughts/feelings, the first being the DS has no cravings inside me!

That's right, I have next to no urge to play it. This is sad cause I would play that thing to no end, even more than some consoles from time to time. And look at all the games...well there were games. What happened? The last game I bought was The World Ends With You. And before that...I think the last game I got was for Christmas and it was Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings of the Shining New Money Stealer Saga Part 5.6-2. Both of these games required dedication and both of these games I failed to finish. It wasn't cause they sucked, I think I just ran out of urge to play them.



To be fair, I am at the end of Revenant Wings and kind of got stuck on a hard part but then TWEWY was released and I started that and then I fell asleep on the metro from staying up too late playing games on consoles. This kind of killed my urge to play and I also felt like I was doing something wrong. Am I the only one not able to get close to an A rating in battles on TWEWY?

What am I to do? I know some of you have had similar situations or even share the same sentiments as I do. Are there just not any good DS games available or is it something more than that?



Towards the end of next month, Final Fantasy IV comes out. Will I be able to overcome this hump and play the heck out of this AMAZING title? I sure hope so since it is the best Final Fantasy and also my favorite one. Please don't let my DS go in vain!

Of course, maybe I just need to get rid of my DS Phatter (Original DS with a Battery Life extender on it...it's fat--errr PHAT!) and buy a sexy DS Lite or Sharpless' mom!
