And welcome back to another of my blogs.
This week, I’d just thought I’d post a few things I’ve spotted over the past week or two.
You may remember something about
RDCarneiro getting hospitalized for something serious. Well, lets just say
it didn’t happen. Yes, someone got access to his DA account after he forgot to log out. And left a joke post saying his friend had to go to hospital to have a risky operation on a tumor. Fortunately, a lot of people have read his latest journal, and have understood the situation. The art world breathes a collective sigh of relief.

Although he didn’t have much to do with the production of games whatsoever, a founder of Eidos, Charles Cornwall is apparently
on the run from the police, involved in a dark tale of murder.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have laid my hands on another game-related T-Shirt that Tesco is selling. This time, Space Invaders.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In amongst Udon Crew’s usually high standard of game-based artwork, they have created the box art for the new Track and Field game.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A couple of Okami competition artwork from those I devwatch on DA.
Destined Heroes by Saiyagina
Amaterasu by Risachantag
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another one of those mock inspiration pictures from
The Bronze Griffon.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Despite attempts by Infogrames (or soon to be renamed Atari, or so we think), SCI apparently
rejected a takeover.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And finally, talking of renaming,
this guy has given Ebayers the chance to bid for the right to change his name. Since I spotted this on my local news, this is actually genuine. He has already amassed bids over £100, which is impressive, since he lists the second condition of his bid as “must not be offensive…etc”. That’s a pity, because this strip from VGCats came to mind…
Batthink out.
