You have to hack your RB drums for windows first, but it looks pretty easy, just add a few lines of text to a .dll file.

This could actually have some good uses, like being a total nerd. The coolest part is you can easily record yourself within the program

That could be pretty sweet when you throw in the programs that let you make music with Guitar Hero guitars.

wonder if you can output files to midi, this can be a lot of fun!

too bad, I doubt it does midi because I don't think they were programmed to output a midi signal. You'd have to convert it somehow. but it would be pretty easy to use Reason and ReCycle or even audacity (free program, google it) to cut your beats into a synced up loop
