Is there a comparison of install vs no install on load times?
It's said to be really irrelevant. That's why I'm a sad panda...... I got 20gb left on my HDD & PPL say it really doesn't do MUCH.

I will probably get a bigger drive still since if Lost Planet does this (no surprise its Capcom) and then Hot Shots Golf is also supposed to take 5 Gig so this may become a common occurrence I just hope they don't force installs on those.

I hope Capcom does not keep this trend up. Besides they had the opportunity to get Lost Planet for PS3 optimized enough by now?
I somehow smell Install for StreetFighter too.

But the game IS WORTH the $60!
Still, choice is King! Always remember that PS3 developers that read Destructoid. Gotcha!
lets get this right, you can install it to your hard drive, and it takes about 20 minutes.
Then it cuts back on some of the load time.

ive seen a bunch of people bitching about the 20 minutes.
haha. its amazing to me. You have the game, you only have to do it once, then you can play. if the 20 minutes of waiting is so horrible those people have issues.
I have the game for the 360 and there is alot of loading. it doesnt take long but it happens often.
if it improves the loading time then I think its well worth the 20 minutes.
this game is almost as bad with loading as Mass Effect when it comes to how often you have to load.
its definitely not as long and agonizing as ME but frequent for sure.
If I could load the shit to my HDD to skip the loads I would.
