I said the same thing this time last year about buying an Xbox 360. And then Dead Rising came out.
Look where I am now. I think you need to figure out a way to get cash. Fast. You've got one week, and only 1 pint of blood a week for donation.
Bioshock has no community aspect whatsoever. I think I can hold off.
Neither did Dead Rising. I still wound up with an Xbox 360.
Try selling your sperm.
I'm the complete opposite. I rarely play online, and even then I only play with people I know. I just love the single player experience, what can i say?
I love single player campaigns as well, but I can play them anytime. There's only a small window of opportunity with most multiplayer games.
...tu che.
I'm stoked that Bioshock has no Multi content. I rarely play online so buying games that are heavily oriented towards multuplayer is a waste for me. I'ts nice to see at least one game coming out that won't be wasting half it's disc space on content I'll never use.
Only two things matter to me when playing a game:Co-op and a kickass single player. Like dvddesign, i bought my 360 mainly for Dead Rising since the rest of the library was kinda Meh to me, and since money is an issue for me as well...i guess i'll have to use the game trading site which was mentioned earlier to get this game.
I agree with Marley. I love Multi, trust me! I'm a gigantic FPS fan and Multiplayer is definitely where it's at with alot of them. But I have to admit, I'm actually happy with the fact that there is no Multiplayer for a change.
Of course, when there is it's always a plus.
I'm not a big online guy -- I do play some games online (Madden 07, Saints Row, GRAW 2), but for the most part I'm an offline gamer. So as far as BioShock goes... I must possess this game.
Online or no, I MUST OWN THIS GAME :O
I never buy a FPS if it doesn't have multi, but this is different. It's Bioshock!
Don't you run the risk of getting the storyline spoiled for you then?
Or do you just plan on ignoring the fifty million stories about the game that are sure to hit the net the first month after release?
