This is a short, but very sweet movie by Monty Oum, whom recently set the internet video game community ablaze with his epic Matrix/Star-Wars-esque rendition of a battle between two popular video game icons: Samus and Master Chief. Samus, whom is undeniably much more stronger, almost had the chance to rape Master Chief, until the Covenant interfered.

Icarus, however, is a bit different. This pays a tribute to the style of movie one would see that is directed by John Woo (who in the past optioned the rights to a Metroid movie?). This movie was acutally made my Oum as a part of an official contest* for (John Woo's) Stranglehold (the game), which he thinks he won't win because he already violated a few of the rules. Not that my opinion matters, but I think that since this movie is so prodigious given the parameters allowed, I would hope that the judges of this contest would overlook any minor discrepancies that would hinder Icarus from placing.
