HEY ALL YOU NINGEN SUCKERS! IN CASE YOU FORGOT! DEATH NOTE COMES ON TV TONIGHT! CHECK YOUR LOCAL CARTOON NETWORK AFFILIATE FOR MORE DETAILS.

Alas! The notebook of Death finally makes it's debut on American television. The grand adventures of Light and L and crew begins at 12:00PM EST - 11:00PM CST - 10PM MST - 9 PMPST...etc... (if you live in Hawaii - I'm not putting your timezone in the list, get over it). I know a lot of guys have been patiently waiting for this to come state-side because they are not evil like some of us and download fansubs...uhh...your time has come!

For the rest of you that have already seen it. Yeah, so what if it's a dub! Don't like it? Tough! Get over your elitism and support anime in America!

On a side note, stay away from king3vbo...
He really is Kira. If you want to know where the proof is...you'll just have to watch the show.

I read like four of the Death Note mangas. They were pretty good which means the anime is ok.

No. The series should be viewed back to back in Japanese, with your cellphone OFF, so stupid friends don't call and spoil everything.

Death Note is win. Just go and torrent all of the Jap anime episodes and watch the whole series in a couple of days. Win.

Death Note is awesome, but I already watched the whole thing subbed months ago.

I don't think I could really find the patience to sit through it again, unlike Cowboy Bebop, which never gets old.

I loved the manga. I was hardcore enough to pick up the first two volumes in Japan before they even came out in English over here. I watched the first 15 episodes then got busy and decided to wait until the DVDs came out and buy them then. You know, the whole "support the industry" and everything.

EWW, EWW, English dub alert! Particularly awful English Dub alert! In all seriousness it's not even watchable anymore, I'd like to slap everyone at Viz involved with the casting of the English voice actors. Eugh, and please don't start me with Bleach.

I miss Gurren-Lagann already but at least Genshiken and Shakugan no Shana are back on. :(
