Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
FATALITY
And that link......fuck. If half of that is true then I weep at Americas collective thought train.
Also. The celebrations in America leave a foul taste in my mouth. Had Osama been captured shortly after 9/11 then I could understand the joy. As it stands it took a little under 10 years, a massive war that's cost everybody a fortune and thousands of extra lives have been lost in the process.
I see no reason for joy when so much has been lost and I certainly don't think the life of 1 man will ever make up for that.
Anyway, I completely agree with Bakewell. Any kind of celebrations for the death of ANYONE, is absolutely barbaric, disgusting and pitiful.
the man was a mass murderer. he didn't wrong us by taking our lunch money. we're cheering because a looming figure of terror has been removed from our lives.
Also, @ Kaggen
Sounds like somebody’s never heard of FUGITIVE HUNT’A
It's still not going to change anything, though. They'll call it a "psychological victory" or whatever lol, and things will continue as they have been.
& Look what happens!
Skynet can come back Online now, okay SONY?
Well, the US army and al-Qaeda are so not friends now (even more). They may be so angry they might do something drastic. Anyway, I can only hope for this event to be a signal for the final stretch of this chaos.
While I would normally agree with you, you seem to be under the misconception that he was a person. He wasn't.
