I have no idea if this is old news but either way this is freaking amazing. In this PC mod for vice city they include the Delorean (driving and flying mode) with Mr. Fusion and time travel once you hit 88 MPH. But not only that they add the hover board from the sequel and the time traveling/flying train from 3. Check out the video.
The mod can be picked up (once its done) here. It's still a couple weeks away but check out the features they added.
Some of the Features that will be in BTTF: Hill Valley are:
