Alot of the time I find CtrlAltDel to be funnier than Penny Arcade
For some reason I like VG Cats alot, even though most hate it.
Dueling Analogs is good from time to time:

Fanboys has been getting into more storyline stuff than one off jokes lately, but it's occasionally decent:

Yeah Dueling Analogs is cool. I learn't about these comics when I used to visit Joystiq for their weekly comic gather-up
DA looks good. I'm all about guys smashing each other's heads out of PA and/or pizza envy.
Some CAD strips are pretty good; the art style just pisses me off, and I'm not sure why. I hate Something Positive's art, but the writing is bitchy enough to make up for it.
Dilbert! But only for those who work in horrible meaningless office jobs.
Haha what about Dilbert has much to do with games?#
It is a great comic and all and was a great show so just asking.
Good point.
Some like Digital Unrest too, I've just never really liked it. CAD, DA, PA, VGCats and 8Bit are my favorite. I also read Starslip Crisis, Questionable Content.
Queen of Wands was another ugly-but-witted one. I still like the one where the couple dress up as Riku and Rikku for Halloween; my boyfriend would get a lot more lovin' if he cosplayed underage bishounen.
