Yes, you heard me right. One of the founding fathers to one of the biggest video game entertainment sites has left the building. Handsome Tom, the raddest most bad assest person on the planet has left, as well as with his equally rad bad ass girlfriend (Liz) by his side. I seriously have no Idea what goes on behind the screwattack scenes, nor do I really care to speculate or exaggerate, but I will leave you "the big quote" from the man himself.

Perfect Liz, Ryu (official Screw-A-Dog) and myself are no longer a part of ScrewAttack. You might ask your self why. Long story short...Craig and I started this together and it was understood that we would be partners. After this did not happen I decided to leave. So does this mean it'll get better or worse? I dunno who was holding ScrewAttack down in recent months, but a lot of their stuff hadn't been up to par. I'm assuming, though, that it's gonna get worse.
Actually, I'm waiting for game trailers to officially sign the nerd as their own. If that ever happens, then screwattack is up a crick without a paddle, although they did just sign a new contract with GT about a month ago. So I guess the site is safe for profit for at least another year.
But still, as Reaprar pointed out, they had many things planned, mainly The Iron Man of Gaming. I know it still going to be done without Tom, but still to leave like this and in this moment, there must be a lot of tension between Tom and Craig.
The AVGN will leave the SA stable without a doubt. I had noticed that Tom hadn't been making many video appearances recently, even missing out on Sidescrollers last week. Should've seen it coming really, especially with the amount of newbies appearing.
Holy shit this sucks! I have to admit I was more of a fan of stuttering Craig but without handsome Tom in the equation screwattack looks like it's going to crash and burn.
That message as well is really bitter I wouldn't be surprised if Craig wanted to make Screwattack bigger and more of a brand name (hence the sponsorship and organisation of the iron man of gaming). and with the deal with GT is Craig selling out and leaving Tom behind?
This came at me like a hard punch to the gut. Tom was always my favorite, and i'm going to miss him dearly. What he said about the partnership part, I dunno what to make of it, but I have a few theories. It could have been that Tom didn't get his say into things, didn't feel like the work/money was being distrubted fairly enough, or wanted to/ didn't want to sell out. Whatever the reason, It's just not gonna be the same ScrewAttack without them.
Wow, that was a surprise. Craig and Tom played off each other really well, a lot better than either of them do with any of the interns at least. Hopefully Craig will find a good replacement.
As for the Nerd, I frankly don't care if they lose him. He, and all the other angry gamer types, stopped being funny a while ago. To me Screwattack is all about the top 10 videos and the video game vaults. :)
