So I�ll have a little money to burn in the upcoming week and was curious as to what my next PS3 purchase will be. My choices: *see title of cblog* I am aware of the framerate issues, but recently read it was only in Episode 2. Now admittedly, I�m not very interested in HL2, but Portal and TF2 I really want to get some alone time with. I�m not discounting HL2 and will play it, but it has never been the reason I wanted Orange Box.

With UT3�for fucks sake it�its UT3. Mods aside, I�ve always had a blast with UT. The PS3 version runs smooth, looks fantastic and is going to be a tough one to pass on. Any suggestions?

Get a PC for orange box, totally worth it. And UT3, I didnt like it too much, Granted i played the Beta demo, but i'm tired of the UT3 Engine looking the same.

Orange box for sure. If, like you said, you are really only interested in TF2 and Portal, it is worth it for those games alone. TF2 is all I've played in the past several weeks and is the most fun I've had online since the original.

I thought Portal was very good. The gameplay ideas were innovative, but I felt that they're didn't really get used well until the later levels. The humour is great though.

I don't understand how you wouldn't be interested in Half-Life 2. Honestly. I'm surprised.

Trust me. It's more worthy of a purchase than UT3, alot more. I mean you're pretty much getting 5 games for the price of one. So it's worth it.

UT3 is UT3. Now there's nothing wrong with that, but honestly in my opinion. Half Life is much greater than Unreal.

Team Fortress 2 alone is greater than UT3.

As another ps3 owner I'm waiting on reviews of UT3, if it's good I'm going with that for the great gameplay + the free mods. UT games have had some great mods in the past, this one will hopefully be the same.

The orange box should be a solid rental though. Unless the online in tf2 isn't busted, then it may be a buy, but I'd definitely wait for some reviews and feedback in the forums.

Orange Box is great, TF2 is one of my fav FPS of all time. UT3 seems awesome (of course) but it doesn't look too much different, only graphics. I would get Orange Box...

Have you played through Episode 2? If you haven't, you really owe it to yourself to give them a good play through. I enjoyed Half Life 2, but didn't think it was all that amazing. It was the episodes that hooked me though.

Forget HL2 (blasphemy! {no worries I loved it}) and focus on TF2. BEST MULTIPLAYER AROUND.

Don't worry, if someone says TF2 is "teh kiddie" or something similar, slap them and chuckle for they are noobs.
