Uhh... Yes, it is special. Have you seen anybody on XBox Live with it? Probably not. I thought it was reserved for Bungie employees, but I guess they liked Linde so much that they gave him the armor.
...And I thought I was special after earning the Security Armor set.
Well considering I don't have Halo 3, I wouldn't know if I've seen it on somebody =P

Hey you guys, just to clarify, you guys, this armor is super-duper special, you guys!
Seriously, though. Only Bungie employees have access to the armor, and sometimes they bestow it upon those whom they deem worthy. That dude who got killed by a traffic cone in-game received the armor from them, for example. Do they know about the 8.5, Aaron? DO THEY KNOW, AARON?
