Stupid line but you have the right idea but wrong motives.

Surfer Girl is a "fraud" cause she says the most obvious things like, "the next Mario game will be on a Nintendo platform," or "Metal Gear Solid 4 will come out this year." Sure some of it is more accurate and less general but you get the idea.

I knew she was a fraud when I went to her blog and she had a John Edwards Banner there...

I agree with Workmeng to a point. SuferGirl is over rated as an "amazing inside source for video game news". Compared to Workmeng, Niero, and Nick, she's nothing. But she hasbroken a few stories I'd never seen anywhere else before she reported them, like the Nintendo characters in Marvel Ultimate Alliance thing and that Prince of Persia in-progress game dev screen shots that got verified as real a week or so after she posted them. Plus, she was nice to Tristero, which always scores points with me.

But as for this Factor 5 "inconsistency" you speak of, it's non-existent as of right now. Factor 5's next game may still be for the PS3, with a Wii game to follow. Or it may be that Factor 5 was planning on making a PS3 game when SurferGirl reported that news, and has since changed plans.

Actually, maybe the would. But that doesn't make it right.

Pretty much was Niero said. She's an interesting talking point at times, but nothing to be taken as gospel. It sounds sometimes like she's one of those horoscope writers, being vague enough so it could be anything. While it's likely he/she has some connections, I don't know why she's become so amazingly trusted, outside of the obvious fact that she's either a girl or pretending to be a girl.
