Hi! I'm Ian/4knuckleshuffle. I'm FIDEEN NOW BITCHES and your average stereotypical gamer. I like books, videogames, pen and paper RPGs, Warhammer 40,000, and other such indulgences. If this profile seems like my introductory post, that's because it is!
Avatar Origin: On my friend's forum, I changed my avatar one too many times, which pissed him off enough to set it to this and lock it. I've grown to like the image.

Enh. When grinding involves swinging a laser sword, it isn't all that bad.
Aside from the shading (which most cell shaded games don't do right) I really liked the graphics and art style. The fighting was decent and the boss battles were definitely epic (seriously, they get more and more outrageous the further you go). The story though was pretty disappointing in the end, like Suda51 was just trying to piss me off. Plus the overworld seemed completely pointless since you couldn't actually do anything in it. It could have easily been replaced with a simple menu system like Travis' apartment used.
About the grinding: I felt it necessary to buy up every piece of clothing I could get my hands on, every upgrade, and every beam katana. This leads to a fuckton of grinding.
About Travis: He's a psycopath who kills for fun. He's a bit of a nerd, so I see myself there though.
About the graphics: I meant to say that the polygon count and resolution are low in some places.
As for the open world, I actually had a really good time with it. Finding Lovikov balls and t-shirts in dumpsters was a great diversion. In no way was it as fun as the "mission" aspects of the game, but it was still fun.
