I would get it...but I already own it. Foshame...
Multiplayer is fun! Game is good, buy it or the mighty -D- will smite you.
Ok further proof Blindside hates fun, the multiplayer is like pulling your own teeth out it's so laggy
:)
Yeah this game is totally awesome and like 6 months ago we dedicated an FNF to Prey! Those were the days...
It's laggy if you don't have a really good host. I've played less laggy games.
Man, half of the fun of having diverse main characters is capitalizing on the incredibly stereotypical special powers developers give them. If I wanted angst, I'd pick a white teen.
If I didn't already own this...I'd get it. The single player was fun as shit!
and shit is fun.
Prey is so NOT friggin worth your time. I hear the multiplayer is pretty awful, allowing for multi-plane deathmatch-a-go-gos with constant lag and did I mention the single player lets you take control of an angsty Native American mechanic who beats aliens with a wrench about the ass and face in a most sexual manner? If you're still sold then you need to go on a vision quest.
3vbo is using my words against me. Saucy!
I've seen this sold at local game stores new & used for 9.99.
Perhaps I'll check this out for that kind of price.
This was one of the first games I bought for my 360 and I highly recommend it to anybody who loves a good FPS single player campaign. I haven't played multiplayer at all so I can't speak to that but the singleplayer is worth $15 alone.
I got it and hated it.
I really dug the fact that y'know, it actually had a story and interesting characters, but I just didn't really like the weapons or the everything's-covered-in-inches-of-slime environment.
Actually one of the thing's that bugged me most was choppy aiming on the PC, but recently I've come to realize this is because of my shitty mouse... maybe this game could be good after all.
Holy shit, epiphany in comment.
Going to re-install.
