500 points if you miss, then you can reload your last save and try for the other 500 achievement points. I've also heard they're going to go ahead and do the bonus 250 points if you have a skeevy drug addled whore of a wife who talks you into it, but she'll gain control of the 250 points and withold the actual achievements for over a decade until she really needs the money for skag and sells the achievement off to your buddies.
I just hope the controller is better quality than the RB guitars.
