Tablet gaming will limp along in the mediocrity where it is meant to be, but mobile gaming like with the Vita and 3DS is going to take off. PC gaming will have a rennaissance the more people realize that PCs and consoles are pretty much all doing the same thing, but the PC, even a cheap one, does it better with more flexibility and better controls.
Also, more and more people will plug their PCs into big screen TVs out of curiosity... and then leave them there. We will start to see new shapes of PC cases to better fit in living rooms.
Finally, current generation consoles are really behind the technolgy curve right now, even if most of game development focuses on them now, they are still old and yesterdays news. They will struggle until the next generation consoles come out, and I predict even the next generation of consoles will struggle against the rise of hand-helds and revival of PCs.
