I'm not playing Diablo 3 right now. Are there that many cheaters out there?
I've never noticed any. Of course, it's not really a competitive game so there isn't much to gain outside of cheating for more gold, and you'd want to do that solo anyway.
This game is ok until you get to Inferno, there all it's issue are amplified and you can see that they didn't play test shit! But I still can't stop playing...it's like crack!
But it may get old soon to just die over and over again because of the random elite stats.
The only thing I see a lot of are gold bots. You can't even use general chat because it is flooded with their fucking spam. I've heard they are being picked off left and right, though. Thank hell.
@Complete Global Saturation
That exploit is an elaborate hoax to get players all worked up over a rollback. There's a thread on the forums that explains it fairly well and even offers up an extensive bit of evidence. Regardless, there will be no rollback. Because the exploit isn't real. Also, these bans started before the "exploit" was even a thing.
they shouldn't care that it ruins it for others right?
nevermind the people selling gold.
also, that complaint about the online only? it's getting old faster than the arrow to the knee jokes.
No one forced you to buy this, look for something better to do.
An other game perhaps?
that's what games companies do when you let them do whatever the fuck they want and just pay. you can try to be cool all you want, you're a cool blizzard bitch.
and no, they don't do refunds. (although koreans are going to get theirs 'cause fuck you blizzard that's why)
Hopefully my ticket gets the fucker banned. Asshole.
Also, stop the fucking gold bots, damn. I'd be happy if they prevented global play altogether (or at least from Asia to US servers) if it stopped this nonsense.
The issue seems to be with the liberal use of the term "cheater" as any modification of the game.
It seems like bliz doesn't want any modding community anymore, not that modders ever did anything.
How's that Dota lawsuit they filed against Valve coming, btw?
Plus, what's wrong with legit cheats in single player? Oh right, there is no sp.
Diablo 3 beta FTL once again.
they kinda shouted that from the rooftops "we will not allow modifications"
so i think that same point still stands: no one forced you.
The fact that this undermines the 'always online' reasoning only makes it worse. Every time I hear something about D3, I let out a sigh of relief that I never bought the damn thing.

2. someono was gloating on diablofans forum that he got a refund after playing for over 60 hours
Screw you too, Blizzard.
Ultimately I am glad they are banning people because even tho I don't give a crap about D3 that doesn't mean people should be allowed to ruin it for those who do.
That is exactly why I don't care about D3 and why I pre-ordered torchlight the second it was available.
I don't approve of how blizzard is handling things and my wallet votes accordingly.
that said, people complaining about blizzard banning gamers for breaking the rules are idiots.
you knew it was an online game. you bought the game and agreed to play it the way you were told to play it. shut the fuck up and play the fucking game.
I remember when you could play Diables and have fun doin' stuff and not have to worry about lag or getting banned from your SINGLE PLAYER GAME.
When you shelled out that sixty bucks for a game that had for months before been advertised as always-online game you lost your right to complain about it.
