Blacklight: Retribution has a terrible launch trailer

8:30 PM on 11.11.2013 // Abel Girmay

As terrible a trailer as this is, the game is amazing

Blacklight: Retribution, the best free-to-play game of 2012, returns with what has to be the worst trailer of 2013. Don't know if all of the chosen quotes were meant to be this bad as a joke, but it's not funny either way.

Tacky trailer aside, Blacklight Retribution's exclusivity is a really big win for the PlayStation 4's free-to-play library. It's a shame too, as I feel that more people tend to forget this one when discussing what games will be available at the PS4's launch. If you have been sleeping on Blacklight and plan to get a launch system, do yourself a favor and queue this as one of your first downloads on or after November 15, 2013.
