Black Friday: Sears has a few things you'll want photo

'Tis the season to be a crazed shopper looking for the best Holiday deals. Black Friday "leaks" are popping up all over and the latest comes from Sears. Sears is going to have your typical 2-pack game bundles in an attempt to get rid of crap no one is buying for the Xbox 360, Wii and DS.

Wait, don't scroll away yet! They're actually going to have some great deals on games that recently released titles! Here are the games you'll care about most on sale at Sears:

  • Left 4 Dead 2 - $39.99 [Update: This is for the first Left 4 Dead. What a rip!]
  • Halo 3: ODST - $39.99
  • Forza 3 - $39.99
  • Dragon Age: Origins (PS3, X360) - $39.99
  • Need For Speed Shift (PS3, X360) - $39.99
  • Brutal Legend (PS3, X360) - $39.99
  • Guitar Hero World Tour guitar bundle (all platforms) - $49.99
  • A Boy and His Blob - $29.99

Sears will also have some freebies they'll be throwing in with a purchase of a new console. Wiis will come with a Nerf Racing Wheel, Xbox 360 Elite Bundles (comes with LEGO Batman and Pure) will get a 12 month Gold Card and PlayStation 3 120GB Slims purchases will come with a Blu-ray remote.

Anyone planning on camping out at a Sears to grab one of these deals?

Yeah, I hate to poop on anyone's parade, but that's the original. And Sears isn't exactly known for their competitive pricing. I wouldn't be surprised if it was still $60 for the original there right now.

Meh... that's not all that good of a deal. Only game on there I'm interested in is Dragon Age, and since I'm buying for the PC, I'll only pay $10 more anyway.

Maybe I'll pick up Forza 3, but it's possible some better deals may pop up before then. I guess I'll wait and see.

Amazon will have deals on these things for at least these prices if not lower and you won't have to go out to bumfuck, knowwhere to find an Amazon.

Black Friday deals are only good for people who's time is worthless. There's no way in hell I'd stand in line for hours before the store opens to save $20.00 on a video game. I'd rather just waltz in on my own time and pay full price than have to deal with the crowds and other nonsense associated with Black Friday. No thanks.

As a employee of Sears in that department... People are stupid and black Friday is for people who think they are getting a good deal when its really just garb that is made just for it. You can find great stuff for video games. I bought Rock Band 1 special edition bundle for $15 cause I needed a 2nd guitar. It's not worth your time folks. Don't be stupid. Stay in on BF. You'll be happier.
