Update: The coupon code works but there is a "promo" code area that is not the same as the "coupon code" field. Here's a note from their webmaster:
one is for the promo on the check out page and one is in the cart which is only used for gift certificates... some people have been entering the promo there which doesn't work. It should work if it's entered in the promo box on the "buy now" page.
