I was sitting with my e-mail browser open and had the message already started; I think I sent the announcement + trailer to you like a minute after it showed and started downloading the demo a minute after that.
Only 4% complete so far :(

BioShock Demo is now Live!!
I'm at 20% and I powered up my 360 the second he said the demo was online "right now".
It didn't even appear on XBL until I hit the demos page a second time. I don't think many people have it yet.
Um, don't play the demo if you don't want to risk anything getting spoiled man. Demos are to show you gameplay.
I would think you'd be safe though from any major plot developments.

The turnout for this is amazing.
For real. It was awesome seeing so many people log in the space of a few minutes. Some of em seemed to be having issues though because they kept logging back in over-and-over.

I've been downloading it now for 2 hours and it hasn't even passed the 15% mark yet, this fucking sucks.
I see how it is Microsoft. No love for us PC gamers, those of us you built your empire on... no just give all the goodies to the XBOXers out there that haven't red ringed yet, lord know they need something to keep them from ripping your throat out.
this is a top notch interactive entertainment experience. My mom told me she ate hash brownies as a teen today... My mom would totally play Bioshock with me.
The demo is the fucking balls. I'm sorry for all you people that are 1/5th of the way. You're in for a treat, though.
It's a decent length, too. A good 30 minutes if you take your time and look around. I was really getting into it, and then it ends on a fun, movie-esque cliffhanger.
I'm pissed that my money has to be saved for other games, because the demo made me want it. Hard.
