When it comes to world exclusive, Geoff Keighley and the folks at GameTrailers TV don't screw around. And this year, does it get much bigger than BioShock 2

This week's episode of GameTrailers TV marks the world premiere of 2K Games' and 2K Marins' hotly-anticipated sequel. According to the press release Keighley sent our way, "viewers will get the first-look at BioShock 2's Big Sister in action." Sounds hot. The episode will also feature a "special announcement" and trailer for Punch-Out!! on the Wii, and "new footage of Killzone 2." Not sure what that last one could mean, considering the game has been on shelves for awhile. What do you think?

Note that the time and date of GameTrailers TV has changed. It now airs on Thursday nights at 12:30 AM on Spike TV, as opposed to Fridays. That also means that all of the hot new trailers will hit Gametrailers.com on Friday, so keep your eyes out for that if you miss the show when it airs.

Oh, and if you're into what you see of BioShock 2, you might want to check back with Destructoid on April 23. I'm just saying.
