The Binding of Isaac is a deceptively long game if it's full completion you're after. I'm at 25 hours and I know that's nothing. Edmund McMillen recently started working on a new expansion, "Wrath of the Lamb," that will add more of everything (and extras) while retaining the game's structure.
McMillen has smartly said this three-dollar expansion will be done when it's done, though he suspects we won't get to play "for months." Truth be told, many of us won't need anything else to go on besides knowing this is an extension of the same fantastic game.

Jordan Devore is Destructoid's PC gaming manager and founding ginger editor. He is said to be easy to love but difficult to know. When Samit inquired about his curious bio photo Jordan simply replied:
"bitches love sandcastles" ... yet, there is no sandcastle in that photo. We may never truly understand his ways.

I just recently got into this game (~4 hours played) and I'm absolutely addicted. I find myself saying "okay, just one run before bed" basically every night. Love all of the imagery in the game!
Best part of the games is the discussions of the deeper meanings and story of the game, it's so damn good.
The developer is in talks with Nintendo to allow BoI to be ported to the 3DS eshop! He said that if they allow the game, he will add the Wrath of the Lamb to it!
Only two more items to obtain, so I'm almost tapped out.
Looking forward to this expansion, as long as it means more bindings and more Isaacs.
But other than that, yep...this game has been a massive timesink. Bought it on release (with the AMAZING soundtrack) and have loved it to death.
