Beyond the Labryinth is a 3DS title worth keeping in mind
tri-Ace and Konami are working together to bring us a new 3DS title, Beyond the Labyrinth, and it looks incredibly pretty. It's been described as a dungeon RPG, though any further details are hard to come by. An official site is open, with a very nice sample of the soundtrack. Otherwise, all we have are these screens from Famitsu, which have a shade of Team ICO about them. Bleak, but in a rather beautiful way. I'm not the biggest fan of tri-Ace, but the team's portable efforts outshine its console productions. I'll be keeping an eye on this one, for sure. Did you know? Legacy Comments (will be imported soon)Damn, now that is the kind of thing I want to see on the 3DS. Glad to see devs are trying to really push the handheld to see what it's capable of. I am intrigued, the title made it sound like an Etrian Odyssey-esque dungeon crawler but this looks different. Definitely going to keep my eye on it. This is easily the most beautiful game on the 3DS or at least the most beautiful screens of a game for 3DS, however I hope that it turns good and that it gets localized. They say it's a Dungeon RPG, but what kind of that RPG is it? If I had to guess, either Diablo-style (hoping), or Roguelike. Ok now these is the kind of games we need for the 3DS! I hope it's an awesome title or at least a decent one. More 3DS games, more! This is competing with Level 5's Time Travelers as being my most anticipated 3DS game that probably will never see the light of day in the states. The graphics are pretty unbelievable. The 3DS is a very powerful little system. Also, this game looks very interesting. mmm, the problem here is it will be a multi-platform game(PSP and 3DS). I'm wondering what will be different between these 2 versions. 1:00 PM on 05.18.2013 NPD: Injustice and Dead Island lead sales in April[DC zombie sculpts by Casey Love Designs] The NPD Group released US sales data for April 2013 two days ago, but a complete lack of enthusiasm on the part of the Destructoid staff has delayed our posting it.
