Well I'll be a monkey's uncle. A PS3 bundle that doesn't suck? According to the above photographic evidence sent in to Kotaku by a Best Buy employee and subsequently confirmed by several others, that's what we're looking at. Not only is it real, it's set to go on sale as early as next Sunday.
The package includes an 80 GB PS3, accompanied by copies of both Metal Gear Solid 4 and Killzone 2, all under the standard 80 GB price tag of $399. Let me rephrase that: An 80 GB PS3 at standard price, along with what are arguably two of the best games in its current library for free. I don't even have anything snarky to say about it; that's just a sweet-ass deal and I can't believe it exists. Maybe I'll pick one up for my new nephew, who happens to be a monkey.

Yes, thinking about Versus 13 (trying to be cool with roman numbers always fails, right?), and yes, that's all I have to say about MGS4; I tried it, I watched someone complete it, and I felt indifferent.

Personally, I don't think they are. Okay, sure, GTA4 is a shooter but it's also a lot more. GTA4 and Geometry Wars are probably the best games on the system, according to my tastes. BlazBlue looks awesome, though. I still play Super Smash Bros. Brawl a hell of a lot more than any game on any other system, though...

I didn't say they were exclusives, did I? Those are simply the best games on that console, according to my opinion.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl, on the other hand, is exclusive to the Wii, and that is my favourite game series of all time, period.

really still going for the "no games" thing. There are quite a few good ps3 exclusives out there to sate any gamers hunger. While these are certainly 2 great games they are by no means the ONLY games worth getting on the system take your xbox faggotry elsewhere.
Most of the major 360 exclusive franchises are shooters: Halo, Gears of War, Crackdown, etc.
Then I thought to myself: "Wait a minute, just because those are the only games worth getting(according to fanboys) doesn't mean I should get it now, I'll wait for the Winter price drop and save x-amount and put that towards a game that I actually care about, whatever that may be."

I find it really funny that you all jump on the "zomg it's an xbot!" bandwagon once somebody says something that isn't nice about the PS3. I'm a Wintendo fan if anything, and I've mentioned Super Smash Bros. Brawl bloody /twice/ as the best game ever.
