Best Buy deal: Buy 2 games, get one free photo

Times are tough. Down-trodden world economy. Blah. Whatever. Got that crap out of the way.

Now that we're done with that, we can get to the good stuff. Best Buy is going to do their buy two get one free sale again soon. Any title priced under $59.99 is valid, and you can actually mix platforms if you'd like. Any Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii game is valid for the deal. The promotion is set to begin this Sunday, October 25th.

Here's how I'd do it:

Hang out until Tuesday, and then go pick up Forza Motorsport 3 and Tekken 6, and then get Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction for free.  Or something like that.

In related news, Best Buy dropped the price of Resident Evil 5 to $39.99.

ToysRUS did this last week. Tried to get Uncharted 2, Brutal Legend and MUA2 but they were sold out of Brutal Legend so I just kept Uncharted 2. Did it online tho and get Ratchet and Clank Tools of Destruction, and both Layton games for technically 20 each so that was a good deal.

I'll see if I can scrounge up an idea to get some games out of this; Borderlands for PC is def a buy next week so i'll see.

I work at Best buy, too bad I can't use my discount in addition to this deal (they call it 'double dipping')

The Toys'r'Us deal was sweet because it included accessories.

End Saturday 10/31 at COB for B&M, not sure at online, it is likely midnight on PST.

Only 360, PS3, and Wii games are included. It does not include pre-orders in store as they can't charge full price at stores for pre-orders. No PC games.

Sucks that it doesn't cover portables or PC games. Oh well. Free games is free games. Plus I've got quite a bit of Reward Zone credit saved up, so I won't complain too much.

I don't think I'm gonna buy into this as Game Crazy has been taking my money with their 50% off going out of business sale, but if I did I'd go after Kingdom Hearts RE: Chain of Memories, Dead Space, and Bioshock or the Last Remnant for Free.

I've already spent a fortune in the last few weeks between Halo: ODST, Demon's Souls, Brutal Legend, and Borderlands, and soon my pre-order of Dragon Age will be in. Can I justify another $120? Uncharted 2 is calling my name, but not sure what else (maybe Infamous or even Killzone 2).

i did the toys r us thing last week, but everything was sold out so i got "place holder" games. now ive been stuck with nfs shift and gh5 for a week. not doing it again

I would strongly consider Uncharted 2, Demon's Souls, and a third, maybe Dragon Age, but I'm just plum out of spending money for a while.
