At least the pre-order bonus though makes up for it on standard editions as they are continuing their Soundtrack/Art Book promotions. So its like a special edition anyway.
But damn
But yeah, I'm good with an artbook and soundtrack.
The shirt is actually pretty awesome, though.
Regardless, this is a pretty damn nifty collector's edition, and I'm pretty eager to give "Catherine" a go.
I'd Be sure to double check on that before next time you get screwed, and only get the standard because they didn't update it for you.
Anyway I'll be grabbing this and the day I get it, i'll be playing the game in the boxers and wearing the shirt. You know for maximum enjoyment of the game.
Dunno what i'll do with that pillowcase though.
The game comes in dead last, even after the pizza box! Who the hell wants the game....lol seriously a hunk of cardboard is beyond stupid.
I'll now have two sexy pillowcases. And I don't care what anyone says. I embrace my nerditude.
Pillowcase is too creepy for me (though it's very tasteful compared to most hug pillows)
The T-Shirt is too big for me, and it's kinda ugly (looks cool on Catherine though)
Boxers are neat, but they're too big and most likely will be of poor quality, and if they are anything like they punch out boxers they will be printed in ink that will give you cancer.
Pizza box is cool, but it's just clutter.
Artbook, and CD are the best things, but those are coming with the standard edition so I think I'll get regular edition.
I like their creativity, but I'm going with the standard edition
I like creative special editions, though I won't actually be getting it
I wish they'd stop with this kind of marketing though. From what I understand the game is actually pretty mature and non graphic/tame in its storyline but this gives the wrong impression. I guess the game needs publicity of any kind though.
Looks like it's time for me to find a job now.
I'm content with the free soundtrack and artbook, and the game of course.
This is sickening. It just shows that gamers will give in to sex appeal and still consider themselves "hardcore".
