I wonder how stupid someone has to be to insert a comma inside a quotation mark (in this particular case, it's even more stupid, due to the fact that you used an APOSTROPHE). You defeat the whole purpose of quotes by using this twisted Yankee "logic".

@pbbn43: Yup, I spend the better part of my work days editing legal documents in the US. Commas go inside the quotation marks here. Additionally, depending on which stylistic standard you use, apostrophes are often used as quotation marks, sometimes referred to as the single quotation mark, either in headlines or when you have a quote within a quote.
@Tony, I'm not sure about the US rules of grammar and punctuation, but I'm fairly sure you're actually supposed to use quotation marks rather than apostrophes. Correct me if it's different on the other side of the pond.
I'm still bummed that Sadness never came to fruition. I know it probably never existed, but the concept sounded awesome. However, I don't have much confidence in this one.

That seems as "logical" as belief in god. The simple act of being indoctrinated into a belief from birth does not create logic where once there was none. Basically what I'm saying is, go talk to some fellow limeys if apostrophes are that important to you, I'm sure you can have a blast butchering your native language together.
