In what must be an ironic twist from your viewpoint, in those grand echelons of the gramatically correct high in the clouds above us less fortunate man-children, he did use quotations correctly in not using them at all.
Quotations are just ONE of the options here, how the sentance is presented is totally acceptable use of English, capitalizing the proper noun and all.
Did you mean to suggest he should simplify the title to the least common denominator? Being those that lack such basic reading comprehension. Perhaps he could just highlight name of the sale while we are at it?

You are seriously overestimating the amount of characters we can use in headlines here. I literally can not fit quotations as it reads now, and the alternative is to go with an even more mundane headline. No thanks.

Looking at these lists, I've determined that indie developers need to stop making up words to name their games. Also, gimme a low, low deal on Psychonauts please!
Bit.Trip.Runner and Q.U.B.E. are for sure purchases. I may double-dip with Stacking if its a good price since it was so good on console.
