Beautiful custom Tetris bracelet could be the perfect Christmas gift photo

There's a lot of less than impressive offerings out there when it comes to mixing the world of fashion and videogames. Although some of this stuff is cool looking, it seems to be a dime a dozen lately -- Hot Topic has Nintendo wallets, for God's sake.

Enter Sylwia Calus Designs, creator of the Tetris-inspired clear resin bracelet you see above. Sexy enough for a women but certainly rockable on the wrist of the right man (ahem Guitar Atomik ahem), this piece is one of a kind and made completely by hand. I would be thrilled to recieve something like this as a gift.

Unfortunately, this particular piece has already been sold, but I get the feeling this artist would accept custom requests, so if you're looking to give a solid gift to a loved one and have a bit of cash to burn, you can be assured you aren't going to see anything like this on anyone else.

Kinda neat, but man, someone's really bad at Tetris.

Don't worry, Mxy, your Nintendo wallet (read: Nintendo wallet, not Hot Topic Nintendo wallet) is legit as fuck. Note that the wallet is designed and manufactured by Nintendo, and subsequently distributed by Hot Topic. It is a licensed Nintendo product, along with every other piece of Nintendo garb available there.

Just like punk music, hardcore music, Jhonen Vasquez, and metal before it, Nintendo and videogame gear is getting flack not because it's being made, but because it's sold at Hot Topic. Watch as your precious subculture dissolves before your very eyes, videogamers! Thank god for this secret little bastion of 'legitimate' videogame paraphernalia, largely valuable because of its limited nature and popularity! Celebrate!

I've seen this pop up everywhere lately. It's a damn beautiful piece, but it was way too expensive ($70!) to warrant any consideration from me.

Also, nice rant, kciN.

That is very nice indeed, never thought I'd say that about a tetris bracelet.

So cute! I wouldn't want anyone to buy it for me for $70, though, 'cause I'd feel too guilty.

What a tease, I was already interested in getting it before You wrote it's sold. Couldn't you make a funny caption implying that it's sold ;)?

Wow that looks pretty awesome but as Shu above me here says giving it to a girlfriend might inspire the game over screen maybe?
