I Highly approve. I didn't care much for her overly sexual character trait, but the game was smooth, fast, challenging, and fun. So, I'm for another game.
Naw. Bayonetta's attitude didn't "change" by the game's end. Her ostentatious, playful sexual attitude is a part of her character, and anyone not looking to be hung up on it like an issue can have just as much fun with it as she herself is.
I loved Bayonetta and had no problem with her sexuality- it was all in good fun. But I could not finish the game because the intense button mashing broke my controller! Please Sega, don't include quick time events because they distract from the story immersion and flow of the game. And pretty please don't demand insanely fast, controller bursting button pounding! Even my dick couldn't withstand such a pounding!
Her personality is part of her charm. It isn't meant to be taken seriously, it's supposed to be taken light-heartedly. I loved everything about the game (except for those odd, half-still-frame cutscenes).
Though, I'd be lying if I said I didn't find her incredibly attractive.

I didn't care about her character, like Devil May Cry 3's Dante - they were badasses that literally had a hundred more moves/combos than most action heroes such as Kratos, and were more technical than most could ever hope to achieve.
I can't wait for the sequel - it's just visceral, technical, challenging action done right.

This means that the rumors are possibly legitimate of a Bayonetta CG movie, Since the rumored Layton esque 3DS rhythm game was True (Rhythm Thief).

Hopefully Bayonetta does get a sequel in which the title character gets to punch a giant muscle bound bearded guy so hard that his head blast another crater in the moon while he mumbles something about her needing to put on some more clothes or he'll have her buried under a pile of rubble flung by his followers after roughing up his miter-wearing lackeys.
I didn't find Bayonnetta remotely sexy as a character. She seemed more like a child acting out in a way that she thought would bring her power, without understanding the source of said power or how it actually worked. It's almost like they were trying to tell you that she was really just a naive little girl or something...

Just beat Bayonetta recently so I'm really excited for this. Gonna play it some more so I can actually receive something other then a stone award.

I can not wait! Not only my favorite game of 2010 but one of my favorite games ever (dat combat)! Heck I even own it (and have completed it multiple times) on both the 360 and the PS3. Bayonetta 2 and a CGI movie?! Can I direct deposit my $ right into Kamiya's bank account please!

Hell yes! Absolutely fantastic amalgam of DMC's technical action and complexity, Ninja Gaiden's soft lock and combo depth, God Hand's customization and focus on dodging, and God of War's grandiose atmosphere. Then, there are the tons of unlockables and the accessories can completely change the way the game is played. No content pushed back for a DLC release just to charge more fire the compete game.
The only thing I would request from this sure-to-be-awesome-if-true game is a fully functional PS3 version.

Great news, but I can't help but feel disappointed Sega hasn't greenlit another Infinite Space game yet.
Can't wait for the official announcement, guess bothering Kamiya on Twitter had its positive effect haha!
