Batman: Arkham Origins Cold, Cold Heart DLC launched

1:00 PM on 04.22.2014

The next bit of additional content for Batman: Arkham Origins has released today and I'm personally hoping that they deliver when it comes to Victor Fries. I find him to be criminally under-appreciated as a villain for whom decency falls aside in the pursuit of his selfish (albeit, somewhat noble) goals. He's an "ends justify means" guy all the way, and I can respect that.

In my mind, however, the greatest shortcoming when it comes to Mr. Freeze is a failure to craft a version of the role for Patrick Stewart to play. It baffles me that such a thing hasn't happened. Go ahead, picture it in your mind's eye. Totally amazing, right?

We'll have our review of the new DLC content a little later today.

Final Fantasy director Tetsuya Nomura crafts an interesting take on Catwoman that looks like a Metal Gear villain

A few months ago we saw the Batman Play Arts Kai figure crafted by Final Fantasy character designer/director Tetsuya Nomura. Well he's at it again, and this time he crafted a new Catwoman figure. All in all she looks like a mixture of Jehuty from Zone of the Enders, a boss from a Metal Gear Solid game, and the Alien from Alien. I guess it's better than being half man, half bear, half pig.more
