You get the DLC with the bundle. I clarified it, just in case. By my calculations, if you bought everything separately it would be $32.75, so you save a couple of bucks and some change with the bundle.

Wait... huh? The game was critically praised, and I don't know anyone who didn't like it. I mean, gameplay wise the only differences between Asylum and City is the length, and open world. Otherwise, they play exactly the same. Jim even liked Asylum more!
I didn't mean to ramble, that statement just confused me. :/
Both are great, but from what I can tell both personally in my circles, and critically, Arkham City is a more universal hit. Basically, if you had to choose one, I'd choose "City".
Also, you didn't ramble! What you said makes sense.
Ahh, okay. I've already beaten them on the 360 (and recently bought a PS3 at GameStop during their sale, so I got Arkham City for free, so I get to unlock trophies now!), and I loved both. Arkham City is definitely the better of the two, though.
-It is hated b/c it prevents you from buying the game if you're not from one of the 35 countries it supports.
-It is hated because it can prevent you from starting up your game for a good hour (to install updates and does updates 1 by 1 instead of one big patch.
-You can't transfer your saves (in most cases). Hugely problematic when you upgrade hardware and/or software.
-The game can randomly decide to not run because it can't connect to servers.
-There's never a guarantee it'll run perfectly for you.
-AVs (including MSE), can prevent GFWL from updating, and thus from playing.
To sum it up, you're taking a risk at the hope the game will run fine. It is as predictable as a coin toss if the game will run for you.
Not everyone has problems with it, my experience is about the same as a coin toss. Some of my games randomly work, and other days it won't.
I can't.
My backlog.
