Back in early August, an eBay seller put up an auction for an Xbox 360 console signed by former Alaska governess and 2008 Republican candidate for vice-president, Sarah Palin. The starting bid for this bit of culture clash? A cool $1.1 million.
The auction was quietly de-listed and we never bothered to post about it, deeming it the non-story that it is. But it's now the middle of the night, news is slow, the signed 360 has reared its head again (much like Palin herself keeps doing) and I really need to make a living somehow.
The 360 which boldly bears the signature of the woman who isn't afraid to "go rogue" has cropped up on Craigslist with a significant price reduction. The seller, whose advertisement text matches the one from the original eBay auction exactly, wants a mere $800 for the console which comes complete with its 60 GB hard drive.
That's a savings of over 99%!

However if it included a night with Palin, an anything goes, filthy, dirty night, i'd buy it, and probably throw away / sell the failbox right after I'd had my fill of Palin / filled her.

Your an idiot you obviously didn't read the story. She signed it because a stupid Canadian drove 3 days to meet her and get it signed, and then said he wanted 1.1 million for it. He never got it. The severe detraction of buying merchandise that's been touched by a dirty filthy fag nasty like this guy, obviously severely depreciated it's value.
That said, I wouldn't pay $800 for this console or any other. Ooh, someone wrote on it, let's triple the price! No thanks.
