This "new Marty McFly" guy is kind of creepy. Especially if you all you can see is Mac from "Always Sunny" voicing Michael's part.

I hope they expand the fiction a bit more, how Doc and Marty met and such, sad that only Christopher LLoyd is reprising his role, the guy who played Biff even went as far as saying they are investing in a inferior product, I can't say what the rest of the cast thinks but now I've noticed three things,
1. the model from 1955 is still there, weird. 2. I see that it is a perfect coincidence that marty is wearing the same clothing as he did in the first film. and 3. doc made another time machine,

Cool... looking forward to it, I pre-ordered it a while back. Graphics are iffy in a cinematic like that, but when you play a TellTale game from the usual perspective they look pretty nice.
I agree the graphics look iffy, but i'm pretty psyched for this - especially as I entered the promo to get episode 1 for free!
This wasn't really on my radar before, but after seeing the trailer, I'm suddenly excited for it. I'm interested in seeing what Telltale can do with this. And after they're done with their movie-licensed games, it'd be REALLY nice if they could work on licensing and reviving other old adventure game franchises... *coughspacequestcough*

and he would be right. The trilogy and the story is done and there really isn't anything more to be said. I'll get the game and appreciate it for what it is (much like I appreciated the cartoon show and ride) but I will never think of it as part of the main series.

Not at all excited. I hate Telltale for grabbing so many of my favorite franchises and turning them into mediocre games.

@ultimateshoops: You're thinking of Traveller's Tales, the guys who do the Lego games. Telltale has mostly done point-and-click adventure games (Sam & Max, Monkey Island, Strong Bad, etc.)
The problem is not whether it's going to be a good game, or whether it's going to be a funny game, or whether it's going to be a pretty game.
It is.
The problem is the completely insufficient press. I only heard about the game today and it's out this month. Rather than respecting the series in all its aspects, they should have created an artificial controversy 2 months ago to get people in a discussing / buying mood. Or just spent more money on standard hype.
A game doesn't have to be popular to be good, but adventure games as a genre badly need a mainstream title - and this really should have been it.

@SxSW- Biff is not a trustworthy authority for this case. He's a great actor, but he's openly gone out of his way to try and downplay his role in the movies. Sure, it's by joking about it, but he doesn't seem all too thrilled about much of the attention he gets for it. It's like if Mark Hamill never voiced in a Star Wa- OH WAIT. Answer to your following concerns though.

2. Dude, it's a staple. The only reason he didn't wear those in the following films was because he was never at home. You see at the end of the movie when he wakes up the next morning, he is wearing those when Doc comes back.
3. Going to be explained of course. That's like complaining that Doc made a time train. He had an untold number of years to do so. Most likely he made another one in case of a dire situation like this, because if you're going to the future, you may as well do it in style.
I too am iffy on the lip-synching, but I'm well and willing to trust Telltale here. They made the incredibly funny Poker Night at the Inventory and have recommendations from many gamers, especially on the Steam forums. Everything seems very appropriately stylized, well directed, well designed in terms of art, and well-written. Those of you complaining that there is nothing going on in the trailer, it's a teaser. Those complaining no gameplay, ITS A POINT AND CLICK ADVENTURE GAME BUTTHEADS.

So tell me Telltale, where are we going this time? Is it the 30's, or 1969? All I wanted to do, was (officially) download the game for free. But bill me away, I don't mind. I promise you, I'll be back next time.
I would love to see a more realistic version of the future. I would love BTTF2's 2015 real, but the only thing that would probably happen are shoes that can tie themselves (nonetheless badass.) In some sorts what really happened is a bit more amazing (Nigh-realistic graphics in video games and movies! HD! GPSes! WIRELESS FIDELITY (EVEN ON AIRPLANES!)
