Ayla officially joins the cast of Awesomenauts

Jun 14 // Chris Carter    @DtoidChris

Pew pew!

After booting up Awesomenauts yesterday evening, my wife found a pretty low key update that ended up bringing Ayla into the fray -- the brand new playable Awesomenaut voiced by Ashly Burch. In typical Ronimo Games fashion, the character is basically free DLC, with the option to buy two new costumes -- Shaolin Ayla and Teddy Ayla (if you haven't unlocked the character yet, buying the costumes will automatically do it).

As always, these updates only apply to the PC version of the game, as Romino has basically dubbed the console versions too expensive to update, and have essentially left them barren of any new content since an update last year. If you're into the game you'll definitely want to play it on PC, as Romino has done a great job of keep that game alive alongside of a pretty amazing and active community.
