This looks pretty slick. But didn't Ninja Gaiden 3 get panned as a pretty terrible entry in the series? Is this substantially different somehow?
If its being published by Nintendo, will they be including anything, wether its content-wise or development wise? I know they polished a lot of the problems theydidnt hash out on the original release but is there more?
If I had to choose a way to go out, torn limb from limb by a pink explosion wouldn't be my first choice, though I am curious as to how it can be so deadly.
violence is not the only one thing back. looking at the new features they're adding A LOT. new weapon types, improved AI, new enemy types, battle areas, weapon and character upgrading system, several new ninpo, larger stages, higher difficulty etc. basically, it's what NG3 should have been.
I never complained about a game....until now. I just don’t understand why the butcher the 360/ps3 versions. More weapons, more characters, and cutting off limbs......FOR SHAME! The Wii U version looks so complete.

Combat got dumbed-down and the A.I. was cheap rather than hard, according to those who played it.
...but Team Ninja SWORE they were improving all these things in this version. Can they fix a broken game? We'll find out at year's end.

Damn, that fighting looks so nice. I loved NG but never played any of the others.
I get never get by how blatantly Team Ninja uses sex appeal to try to make people interested in their games though. I'd rather see a powerful heroine with an interesting story than some chick who's sexed up just to catch my attention.
There's a difference between having a nice looking character with a back story, and a nice looking chick that guys just want to fap to.

From what i hear Nintendo is helping make the game...not horrible. The story is going to be the same, but the combat and gameplay should be more like the older NG games

Yeah... I´ll pass. When I played the demo of NG3, I knew it was going to be a failure of a game. I doubt this one will be much better.
Looks like it's still a auto win game that made NG3 a hated game. We'll see what happens when the game is released.

Something about the way Ayane moves around the stages and transitions between animations looks a lot smoother and over-all better than the Ryu footage they showed. Still I'm not expecting much out of this game, if they fix the problems NG3 had it might get my attention but until then meh.
Which is the sadder group? Those who liked NG3 and will actually buy it again, or those who think having anything to do with DOA is a good thing?

And on most occasions, if I wanted an experience with deep characters I probably wouldn't play a hack and slash or fighter to get it...^_^

they can go and suck a fucking bag of DICKS! ninja gaiden was reborn on the original xbox. but since its on 360 xbox owners have been screwed time and time again. other consoles always get better versions with more playable characters and this time even the real game (read dismemberment). shit like that wouldnt happen if itagaki were still around
