Awesome Gaiden, Egoraptor's Awesome series still alive

When Metal Gear Awesome 2 was released, Egoraptor announced that the Awesome series was finished. Well, never say never as Egoraptor just released a new entry to the Awesome series with Awesome Gaiden. It's less than a minute long, but it's pretty awesome nonetheless. Try to watch Awesome Gaiden over on Newgrounds as the quality is way better and there's also an Easter egg on the flash version.

Egoraptor also announced that the Awesome DVD has been postponed. Awesome Gaiden was originally made just for the upcoming DVD, but it's been put on hold so more new animations and remade material can be released online for free.

Be sure to check out Grand Theft Auto IV Awesome that's on Newground's featured movies list too. It's not by Egoraptor, but it's still pretty good.

these are so great. Out of all of the stupid internet cartoons, this one doesn't get nearly enough attention.

JDUB X , Ninja Gaiden is fantastic, you're obviously too soft for this hardcore masterpiece.

@Elrando

I realize that Ninja Guiden is a good game to some, but for me it's not.

It's simple you see, I suck. I also don't like to replay things over and over and don't like to take the time to master difficult games. I have so many games to play that I am not going to spend large amounts of time on a single boss. I play for fun not to prove anything or feel like I have overcome a huge challenge.

Truth is, I would have never even tried the game out if My brother had not rented it. He is 4 years younger than me and is telling me that I suck and that the game is easy. He is one of those gamers that truly has what it takes. I sadly do not

I do respect NG2 for what it is even though it is not for me and I sure as hell respect anyone who is good at it.

In conclusion - Fuck That Game!

EDIT: Just to be clear, I am talking about NG2

I gave up on the first Ninja Guiden at the first boss XD

Fuck that game too!

I love the way his head slowly turns after he stabs the strategy guide.

@Jim, indeed. From about 20 seconds where he starts slicing furniture was great too

Props to the Egoraptor though. The awesome videos are one of the lasting funny things being pumped out of the internet.

Ditto to Jim's comment. That bit was comprised of pure hilarium.

Agreed. Rarely does low-grade animation capture comedic subtlety so well.

That last part would have been even better if he had Prima on his chest.

As much as I liked Awesome Gaiden, watching the Grand Theft Awesome one made me laugh my ass off.

Haha, Egoraptor's stuff is always classic. The "Awesomeraptor" parody the Awesome series is pretty hilarious too, check it out.
